This duplex independent house is a harmonious blend of luxury and contemporary design, where each space is thoughtfully crafted with a keen eye for detail. The living area features a stunning TV unit crafted from rich veneer and marble, serving as a focal point that exudes both elegance and sophistication. The kitchen is a masterpiece of modern design, with sleek acrylic cabinetry paired with pristine Quartz countertops and dado, creating a space that is as functional as it is visually appealing. Each bedroom in the house tells its own story, uniquely designed with a mix of materials like PU finishes, veneers, wallpapers, and concrete finishes, coming together to create distinctive and personalized retreats. The common area is defined by a contemporary partition wall, adorned with traditional veneer finishes that add a touch of classic charm to the modern setting. Adding to the luxurious ambiance are long, flowing curtains in shades of white and beige, draping gracefully to enhance the sense of opulence throughout the home. The ceilings are kept simple and plain, allowing the rich textures and finishes of the interiors to take center stage, creating a cohesive and elegant living environment.
